I’m Joe Vipond, founder of Joe Vipond London and co founder of Male Grooming Mastery.

I built my career in high pressure environments where standards are non negotiable. That path forced a different approach to grooming and business. Calm execution, precision, discretion, and consistency that holds when the room is demanding.

As an entrepreneur, I’m still early, still learning, and still refining. But the direction is clear. I am building a global men’s grooming brand, and I have secured venture capital backing to support expansion and long term scale. The goal is not popularity. The goal is a standard that lasts.

Alongside client work, I mentor barbers and shop owners who want to move beyond talent and into structure. Most people do not fail because they lack skill. They fail because they operate without systems, without accountability, and without a clear position in the market.

Male Grooming Mastery exists to solve that problem properly. It is built for barbers and owners who want to install operator level thinking, premium client experience design, and standards that hold under pressure.

I’m Richie James, technical craft mentor at Male Grooming Mastery.

My work is built around one core principle. Consistency is a system. Most barbers can produce a good result on a good day. The real professional skill is producing the same standard, on every client, under pressure, without guessing and without copying trends.

Inside MGM, I teach technical structure and decision making. How to see shape, control balance, build repeatable outcomes, and refine detail in a way that holds long after the appointment ends. The objective is not a trend haircut. The objective is a method you can rely on.

This is practical training for barbers who want to sharpen their execution, improve confidence in the chair, and build a standard their clients can feel. When the method is clear, performance becomes predictable.
